Bed Bugs Limited is located in South Norwood, London, we are an equal distance from  Norwood Junction and East Croydon mainline stations the 197 bus route serves serves both of these stations, just get off at the Blackhorse Lane stop which is a 2 minute walk from the office . Blackhorse lane tram stop is also only a short walk away on Tramlink 1, 2 and 4. 

We accept visitors by appointment only between 10am and 4pm Monday through Friday although visits outside of these times can sometimes be arranged for Off Site Decontamination delivery or collection, they may incur a call out fee to open up the facility.

Advice

Should you have issues or concerns regarding bed bugs when we are closed please be aware of the following.

Bed bug numbers do not increase dramatically over a few hours or even a few weeks. It is far better to wait a few hours and get the correct advice and treatment options than it is to panic and potentially make matters worse.

Do not try using shop or internet purchased sprays or powders, they are not effective against bed bugs and again can make matters worse.
