Our technicians are often called upon to travel all over the UK for treatments, please see the box on the first page for the most up to date details of planned trips.
If you need assistance and are outside of our normal M25 area please contact the office. We always try to confirm an infestation prior to taking on work outside our local area.
Sample Identification
If you are unsure of any samples or artefacts that you find in your home we offer a postal identification service.
Samples MUST be shipped in accordance with your specific instructions. Once identified you will be notified by email.
There is a £15 + VAT (£17.63 inc. VAT) charge for this service.
If the sample is identified as something other than Bed Bugs and you wish to consult with one of our technical specialists a telephone consultation and written report can be arranged. This has in the past included detailed technical specifications for carrying out the work and court reports/appearances. Such work can be quick or may take a few hours, as such we feel the fairest way is to charge, as such an estimate will always be given before the work is carried out.
