Company Overview
Bed-Bugs.co.uk was start in March 2005 as a public information and advisory portal all about bedbugs. We quickly received so many requests for help from people suffering with infestations that we started offering a specialist service.
Since the start of the company we have grown rapidly to meet the ever increasing demand for our services and have even added new products and services as our methods have been developed and improved.

In 2009 our founder David Cain collaborated with experienced pest control professional Richard Strand on the first consumer’s guide to bed bugs to be published since the British Museum (Natural History) published a guide in 1949.
With a strong interest in public education and communication of the bedbug issue we feel that as a company we pass beyond mere chemical control and have one of the few commercial bedbug research programs in the world. To date we have filled several patents on novel bed bug detection technology and have one of the world’s largest archives of bed bug related images containing over 9,000 high resolution images.
In 2012 we launched a 100% non-chemical / green service offering a unique three stage approach to eradicating bedbugs. It is the marriage of three technologies with an advanced field training on bedbug biology and behaviour that can only be established through years of study and observation. Our preferred treatment option as we continue to strive towards becoming an environmentally neutral service provider.
